and his brother Lila have shown great enterprise in attaining
the relevant experience, training and confidence to lead individuals
and groups professionally.
Furthermore,
their attitude towards their porters and providers of both
accommodation and food on route is both fair and realistic.
This ensures that porters are paid a fair wage, treated as
part of the team and do not carry more that 20 kilo's. (A
policy acknowledged by large organisations, yet not fulfilled).
